The Student Library Card Program is an initiative of the Bay City Public Library to increase student access to the library.
Through the agreements between the City of Bay City and local Independent School Districts, registration for a library card is facilitated through the school registration process.
Parents/Guardians must agree for their student to be provided a library account. This process replaces the physical application completed at the library.
*No one else, including parents/guardians, may use the card.
*Books have $0.15 per item, per day overdue fee. Student Library Cards have a 1-week grace period after the due date before overdue fees begin to accrue.
