Bay City Library Association
Bay City Library Association (BCLA) served as the governing authority of the Library from 1912 -2012. Beginning 2013, the BCLA transitioned into an advocacy and fundraising role as the Library became a department of the City of Bay City.
Projects
- Sponsor programs throughout the year including Summer Reading Programs, Family Dinner Series, and Mother's Day Tea Party.
- Supplement the City of Bay City budget for the Bay City Branch for additional needs
- Advocate for the library and library services
- Main focus: programs, technology, large projects
