City Council meetings are held the second and fourth Thursday’s of the month and begin at 7:00 p.m. Special Called meetings, Workshops and/or Public Hearings are scheduled as necessary, with the approval of the Mayor.
Agendas are posted on the front door of City Hall 72 hours prior to the meeting(s). Copies of the agendas are available at the City Secretary’s Office or by fax, e-mail and/or through the United States Postal Service.
To request to be on the agenda you would need to fill out an Agenda Item request form. The completed form with your name, address, telephone number, fax number if available, and specific request, along with support documentation, must be received by the City Secretary's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday the week prior to the regular Council meeting you have requested to attend.
