Ball Fields
Sports Complex
Located on FM 3156. This Softball Complex is one of the finest around with 3 lighted fields, concession stand and press box. There is also a large lighted pavilion with 6 basketball goals, playground for the kids, jogging trial and pond. The fields are used for our adult softball leagues and available to rent for tournaments.
Rental Fees:
$6.00 practice rental fee (1 1/2 usage)
$125.00 deposit
$225.00 Rental for 3 fields with lights, concession stand and press box
$150.00 Rental for 3 fields with lights no concession stand or press box
$75.00 Rental for 3 fields no lights, no concession stand or press box
City Field
Located on Whitson & Avenue E this lighted field is rented for practice only.
Rental Fee:
$6.00 per 1 ½ hour usage
City Owned Youth Ball Fields
Joe Davis Field
Located in the Community Park on Rugeley and Nichols. This baseball field is leased to the Babe Ruth Association for their league play.
Palmer Robbins Field, & Jack Rice Field
Located on Avenue M and Grace this 3 field complex is leased to the Girls Softball Association for their league play.
Richard Gusman Field & O.B. Sweeny Field & Jack Young Field
Located on Avenue M and Skelly Road these fields are leased to Little League Association.
The youth ball fields are maintained through the leagues leasing the fields.
Tennis Courts
HEB Tennis Courts
Located in the Community Park (Rugeley and Nichols Street). These lighted tennis courts are open to the public
Mary Withers Park
Located on 6th and Avenue M (behind the Service Center). This park has 1 lighted tennis court and a Volleyball area both open for public use.

Swimming Pools
Hilliard Municipal Pool
Located on 3020 LeTulle Street. The pool includes a diving board, slide, baby pool and playground, concession stand, barbecue pits, pavilion with picnic tables and men and women’s restrooms/dressing rooms.
POOL PARTIES RESERVATIONS Make reservations at the Bay City Parks and Recreation Office.
Rental Fees:
$85 1-60 swimmers (2 hour blocks)
(3 lifeguards required)
$100 61-100 swimmers (2 hour blocks)
(4 lifeguards required)
Pool Party Times and Dates -
Pool parties are rented in 2 hours blocks only
Monday thru Saturday 6:30pm-8:30pm
WEATHER POLICY: The pool facilities will be closed during electrical storms and other inclement weather watches or warnings. The facilities will not open if such conditions are present. If inclement weather does occur after the facilities are open it will be up to the discretion of the facility managers to decide whether or not the facilities will be shut down temporarily or for the remainder of the day. If the facilities are closed for the day due to weather after opening, refunds will not be issued.
