Street Closure, Parade, and Banner Requests

A request for a street/road closure, parade, or banner requires that a completed Street Closure and Banner Request form be submitted to the City Secretary's Office.
 
For Street Closures, an image of a map highlighting the exact location of the closure request MUST be included. 

For parades, a completed Application for Parade Permit must be submitted along with the Street Closure and Banner Request form.

For banners, please provide the approved application from the Texas Department of Public Safety when submitting the Street Closure and Banner Request form.

 

In all cases, applications must be submitted to the City Secretary's Office at least two weeks prior to the event. Last minute submissions may result in a request denial.
